This is the last run of this year's SQH3 which named "Toshi wasure Run".(forget-the-past-year run)
This original "the palace run" has no trail and down-down., hence square hash :)

Sentou fee is 450 yen.
I'm holding coupon tickets, so you can save 50 yen.
If you want to get discount, please wait till I distribute it.
Bring your bath gear(towel, shampoo, soap etc. you can buy them though.) and clothes for change!

苦しい思いをしたりして走るのが目的ではなく、楽しんで走るイベントです。
足が速くても遅くても気にせずにご参加ください。
今のところ1周目は遅い人にあわせて走り、2周目からそれぞれのペースで走っています。(状況によりその辺は変わりますが、せっかく一緒に走りに来たのですからおいてけぼりにしたりはしないようにしますよ！)
21:00ぐらいまで走ったら銭湯へ。
21:50ぐらいまでお風呂。
そのあとは任意ですが近くのバーでダーツをしたり、意外とお手頃価格の世界のビールを飲んだりします。

神保町駅 A2出口より徒歩2分。
みずほ銀行の角から水道橋方面に向かい、さくら水産のすぐ先を曲がったビルの1階です。

We have 12th SQH3 at Yotsuya san chome on 6th Dec.
This is NOT the Imperial Palace run.

FAQ よくある質問(1)
Q：スクエアハッシュは皇居を走れる場所でやらなくてはいけないんですよね？
A：いいえ。日曜日のハッシュランは銭湯があればどこでもいいんですよ。
サークルをやらない分、ビールや騒音や場所の心配がなく、ヘアの負担が軽減されているかもしれません。
土曜日は皇居練習会みたいなものだと考えてください。
Q：なんで全くハッシュのない日にやらないの？火曜とか木曜にやればいいじゃない。
A：土曜の夜であれば飲んで帰っても翌日ゆっくり出来る人が多いので、土曜に皇居ランを
始めました。
平日の夜はGMが都合つきません。あしからず。
Q：サークルもダウンダウンも、ましてや土曜なんてトレイルもマークもないんじゃハッシュじゃないでしょ？
A：飲むために走ればハッシュ、らしいです。
その辺はスッキリしないですが日曜日はトレイルもマークもあります。

A: No. You can set a trail wherever start from public bath.
I think it's easier than others because hare doesn't have to worry about beer and noise.
Saturday's run is just a kind of the palace run.
Q: Why don't you do that day we hadn't had hash like Tuesday, Thursday?
A: We started the palace run on Saturday night because many of peopl can rest on Sunday.
Sorry but GM can't make time on weekday.
Q: No circle, No down-down, and also No trail, No marks on Saturday. It can not be a hash group, right?
A: I heard, running for drinking is the Hash.

First of All はじめに

This blog was founded as the Square Hash House Harriers' web site.
We'll provide you informations about SQH3.
So.. what is the Square Hash House Harriers?
It's a hash group in Tokyo which doesn't have a circle after the run-hence, Square hash.
("hash house harriers" is "drinking club with running problems". )

At first, it was a just running group for running around the palace once a month.
The members are not only hashers, actually, many of them weren't hashers.
We had 6 participants on 11th Apr 2009 as 9th the Imperial palace run with sento(public bath).
All of them were hasher then Furi Chin Chin has suggested it should become a hash group.
also Square hash had been named by him.
So that, exactly, I think the flounder is Furi Chin Chin and the organizer= Grand Mistress is Second Hand Job.
What are we doing?
Now, we have 2 types of the runs.
Both doesn't have circle, not all-you-can-drink.
(1)Gather up at sento.
(2)Put your belonging to a locker in sento and pass your key at the front.
(3)Run!
(4)Finish, and have a cup of water.
(5)Taking bath
(6)Drink!

Which day?How often?
- Saturday night. almost once a month.
The day will be announced at least 1 week before the run.

- Almost always same place (so far "Ume no yu" in Jimbocho).

- Meet up in front of the sento at 19:00.

How much is the fee?
- No Hash Cash.
All you have to pay for the sento and drink for yourself.
GM has discount tickets so you can use sento by 400yen. (saved 50yen)
What shall I bring?
- Bath gear, clothes for change.
You can buy small soap and shampoo at sento.
Run, Taking bath.. Is that all?
- NO. not actually.
We have no down-down, doesn't circle up and singing but can enjoy various kind of beer and playing darts at a bar. (not all-you-can-drink party)

- Sunday daytime. almost once a month.
The day will be announced at least 1 week before the run.
From Where?
- It depend on the hare. See where we did in another article.
When? How can I Join you?
- Basically, meet up in front of the sento at 15:00.
The time might be changed by opening time of the sento.
How much is the fee?
- 1,000Yen. including bath ticket and water(sport drink), at least a can of beer.
What shall I bring?

スクエアハッシュハウスハリアーズ(SQH3)のブログへようこそ！
スクエアハッシュ(SQH3)ってなに？
ハッシュことハッシュハウスハリアーズは70年ほど前にイギリス人の”G"がはじめた
「ビールをおいしく飲むために、走る」グループで、世界中にグループが点在しています。
チョークや小麦粉でつけられた目印を追いかけ、探して、街中や野山を駆けめぐり、そのあと円陣を
くんで、トレイル(コース)をつくった担当者(ヘア)や、なにかヘマをしたひとなど無理矢理言いがかりをつけて歌ではやしながら飲ませるダウンダウンをやります。
ただし、スクエアハッシュは「サークルをやらない」ハッシュグループです。
(さらに詳しいハッシュの歴史などは検索してみてくださいね。)
そもそもmixiの「都心でジョギング」のオフ会として銭湯集合の皇居ランをやっていたのですが、2009年4月11日のランの参加者6名全員がハッシャーでした。
そこでフリチンチン(ハッシュネーム)が
「これは新しいハッシュじゃない？サークルがないからスクエアハッシュだよ！」
といいはじめたのがきっかけ。
そんなわけで本当の設立者はフリチンチンなような気もしますが、オーガナイザー(Grand Mistress＝GM)としてセカンドハンドジョブ(ハッシュネーム)(mixiでは雪右衛門)が運営しています。(^_^;)
何をしてるの？
2種類のランを行っています。
いずれも残念ながら飲み放題ではありません。
概要は以下の通りです。
(1)銭湯に集合
(2)ロッカーに荷物をおいて、鍵を番台に預けます。(持っていっていい場合もありますが、預けることをお勧めします。)
(3)さぁ、走ろう！
(4)終わったら水を飲もう。
(5)お風呂！
(6)飲む！

いつ、どれぐらいの頻度でやっているの？
月1回土曜日の夜。
すくなくとも1週間前にはmixiのイベントとして「都心でジョギング」コミュニティにて告知していく予定。
どこから走るの？
今のところ、神保町の梅の湯から歩いて竹橋まで行って、反時計回りに走っています。
竹橋で合流もできます。
いつどうやって参加すればいいの？
当日19時に銭湯の前に集合するか、19:20ぐらいに竹橋で合流してください。
料金は？
特にありません。
銭湯料金450円を各自支払うか、GMが配給する回数券を400円で買って入ってください。
飲み物なども各自負担で適宜摂取してください。
何を持っていけばいいの？
走る道具、お風呂道具、着替え。
石鹸やシャンプーは銭湯でも買えますよ。
走ってお風呂に入るだけですか？
いいえ。
任意参加で近くのバーに行っていろんなビールを飲んだりご飯を食べながらダーツをしたりします。
ほぼ割り勘で3,000円前後です。
(2)ハッシュラン with 銭湯
いつ、どれぐらいの頻度でやっているの？
月1回日曜日の昼間。
すくなくとも1週間前にはmixiのイベントとして「都心でジョギング」コミュニティにて告知していく予定。
どこから走るの？
それはトレイルをつくるヘア次第。基本的には都心です。GMがヘアの場合は新宿区近隣です。
過去のレポートをみてね。
いつどうやって参加すればいいの？
大体の銭湯の開店時間にあわせて15時に集合しています。
銭湯の開店時間によって変わる場合があります。
料金は？
1,000円。
銭湯代金と走った後の飲み物、少なくとも1缶のビールを含んでいます。
何を持っていけばいいの？
走る道具、お風呂道具、着替え。
