It's our usual things but unfortunately there is hare's annivarsary run on Sumo on same day. But if you feel it's more easier to go Numabukuro than Sagami Oono, Please join us.

14:00 meet up at Heiwa no mori park (5 mins walk from station)
A to A trail, live hare. We'll move to Showa-yu, after running.
Station: Numabukuro (South exit)
 Seibu Shinjyuku line
Hare: Furi Chin Chin
Occation: Girls' day. wear pink is encouraged.
Hash cash 1,000 yen is including bath fee, a can of premium beer, water and snacks.
Bring bath gear and cloths for change.

不幸なことにまたSumoのイベント的ランと重なってしまった(かつ他にもランイベントがありますもんね。)のですが、まぁ、いつものことっていえばそうなので、もし近いほうが気楽でいいわぐらいな気持ちで来てくださる方、一緒に走って風呂って飲みましょう(^_^)

走り終わってから平和湯に移動、入浴、その後またFCCオススメのお店に飲みに行く予定
です。

お風呂道具と着替えをお持ちください。
ひなまつりなのでピンク着て走るの推奨！
参加費　1,000円

[postponed!] 23rd Feb 2013 palace run

I suppose no one will planning to join today's run because going to Samurai/Ibaraki or preparing for tomorrow's Tokyo marathon cheering but I just announce for kind SQH3 supporters.

Sorry but today’s palace run will be postponed due to GM's health condition.
I had been fever (38.5C) and anorexia after last TLH3. I went to the hospital but detail is not clear. However It's getting better and I'm working at office today but I don't have enough energy to do running. :(

I'm sure to show up on 3rd March!

We returned to start point of SQH3 with trail.


Theme : Soseki Natsume 夏目漱石
 It's his death day.
 Bring or wear something about Soseki.
hint: his one of the most famous novel is "I am a cat", "kokoro"(heart).

Natsume Soseki (夏目 漱石, February 9, 1867 - December 9, 1916), born Natsume Kinnosuke (夏目 金之助), is widely considered to be the foremost Japanese novelist of the Meiji period (1868-1912). 12月9日は、明治の偉大な文豪・夏目漱石の忌日、漱石忌です。
漱石にちなんだものを持ってきたり、着たりしてくださいね。

駅：　牛込柳町　東口　大江戸線
　都営新宿線　曙橋駅からも歩けますが、マークはしません。15分ほどです。

銭湯：柳湯　3回目かな

15時に銭湯前に集合。

ヘア：セカンドハンドジョブ

お風呂のあと、よなよなエールの新作ビールを一人一缶さしあげます。
ホッピー、焼酎、ワイン、ウォッカなどもありますよ。

銭湯のためタオルや石鹸などは自前でご用意ください。
着替えもお忘れなく。

Usually we drink on the way of trail but this time is different.

After enjoying micro-brew beer in Tenno-zu, then move to Odaiba by Rinkai line.
We can enjoy German micro-brew beer on the venue.

いつもはトレイルの途中に会場によっていますが、今回は走って、お風呂に入ってからビールをのみながら天王洲にあるT.Y.ハーバーに移動して地ビールを飲みます。
それからりんかい線でお台場のオクトーバーフェストに移動します。

This year we have third "Oktoberfest run".
Let's run quick trail and have a German beer!
We'll go back to sento after take a beer by walk or jog, without trail.
(possibly make a trail if everyone wanna run as catch the hare style.)
After taking bath, we're planning to go Monjya-yaki restaurant.
Of course we'll provide a can of premium beer for each!

Tomorrow's palace run has been postponed due to GM's health reason.
