Sentou fee is 450 yen.
Bring your bath gear(towel, shampoo, soap etc. you can buy them though.) and clothes for change!

You don't have to run hard. it's not a severe training but fun running event.
You can quit running (and leave) earlier if you want.(please let me know about it.)

なおドライヤー使用に20円必要なので、使う方は小銭もね。
19:00 梅の湯前に集合。
あるいは
19:20頃 竹橋で合流。
苦しい思いをしたりして走るのが目的ではなく、楽しんで走るイベントです。
足が速くても遅くても気にせずにご参加ください。
今のところそれぞれのペースで走っています。(状況によりその辺は変わりますが、せっかく一緒に走りに来たのですからおいてけぼりにしたりはしないようにしますよ！)
21:00ぐらいまで走ったら銭湯へ。
21:40ぐらいまでお風呂。
そのあとは任意でベルギービールと料理が楽しめるお店に行く予定。
梅の湯は、
神保町駅 A2出口より徒歩2分。
みずほ銀行の角から水道橋方面に向かい、さくら水産のすぐ先を曲がったビルの1階です。
